Selling investment properties has given me in-depth experience with bad titles, undisclosed items that pop up like water issues, fire damage, tornadoes, tree roots, people that destroy the house, evictions, and I have been through it all. Having earned my Residential Investment Specialist designation through a program at BHHS (spell out). I have the tools to help my investors make good decisions on their investments and estimate repairs and returns on investments.
